How it works
It’s simple. You Pre-Sell t-shirts that will be printed with your artist name and social media handle or your own design, hit the targets of Level 1, 2 or 3 and UNLOCK rewards from Pitz. The tees are only printed once you have enough deposits from your fans.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I can’t sell the t-shirts or sell less or more than the targets?
In the case that you cannot pre-sell any t-shirts you lose nothing due to there being no upfront cost. We can also discuss extending the 14-day challenge to provide you extra time. If you just fall short of the level 1 target, don’t worry! You won’t unlock the rewards, but if your supporters still want to purchase the t-shirts, we can generate an invoice and process them for print. Your final option is to simply refund your fans their deposit so that no one loses a penny! In the case that you sell more than the target of a particular level, you gain extra profit plus creep closer to unlocking more rewards from the corresponding levels!
How much do I sell the t-shirts for and when do I pay for them?
You must charge a minimum of £20.00 per t-shirt to your supporters to ensure you cover the printing cost, studio time and your profit. However, if you feel you can charge more and people are willing to pay more to support you, then go for it! Our printing rates are set based on quantity, so any extra money you make is entirely yours. We will contact you 14 days after sending you a mock-up of your t-shirt and generate an invoice based on the amount sold via deposits. Disclaimer: A minimum of 3 pre-sales must be made in order for the challenge to go live.
Do I have to pay anything?
No, everything is covered by your supporters’ deposits. If you hit a target, all of the rewards are covered. We also allocate dedicated free time slots to cover the creation of other media such as music videos. The only time you may need to pay out of your own pocket is if you require extra studio time, but that is completely up to you, or if your artwork is not print-ready and you would like us to fix it. Other than that, there are no hidden fees.
Where will the music video be posted?
The music videos earned through this challenge will be posted directly to the Pitz YouTube channel. We will also send you the full video to upload onto your own platforms within 14 days of it being uploaded to the Pitz Youtube channel. We will provide you with snippet reels so that you can promote them on your own social media platforms. We do not shoot storyboarded or specifically requested visuals within this promotional package. Pitz will provide you with 3 locations to choose from for the backdrop. Videos have a maximum shooting limit of 2 hours. You will keep 100% of any ad revenue unless your video receives a copyright strike.
Is 2 hours of studio time and 2 hours of video shooting enough?
We make sure we are prepared to work fast and efficiently with quality in mind. If you make sure to be prepared too, we can create a track and video in the allocated time. We will always make you aware straight away if any issues arise and will offer solutions. To reassure you, the vast majority of tracks and videos we have worked on have been done within strict time frames.
