Order Acceptance
The advertisement of any custom printed product on this website or otherwise does not constitute as an offer to sell. Receipt of an order confirmation does not imply our acceptance of your order. Any order placed with Pitz Prints is subject to review.
Pitz Prints reserves the right at any time after purchase to accept or decline your order. All orders placed must be completed with an acceptable method of payment. We may require further verification or information before accepting or completing your order. The customer agrees to be the importer of record and understands that any order may incur import VAT and customs Duty as applicable.
Pitz Prints does not print on client supplied garments. If you require a certain garment then we will try to source a similar product using our own suppliers.
Chargers & Fees
Orders under 20 units may incur a setup fee.
Pitz Prints will do basic edits and checks on your artwork. If it’s not ready for print and needs more editing, a fee of £20 will apply. Keep in mind that aspects of artwork such as colour can change during the printing process.
Pitz Prints reserves the right to adjust its pricing and terms as the print industry changes, with all quotes subject to alteration until project completion.
Turnaround Time
All orders are subject to a lead time of up to 7 working days following the date of payment. We do not offer a ‘rush’ service but will always try to complete orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Lead times may increase after payment if issues arise with artwork, garment selection, etc. Pitz Prints will always try to provide an honest and accurate ETA on all orders.
Confirmation of Order
Pitz Prints will contact the buyer directly via the provided email address to confirm the buyers satisfaction before any orders are finalized. This will include but is not limited to, a proof of product to be approved by the buyer, cost breakdown and pricing, estimated production time.
Order Amendments
Once payment is made, it is not usually possible to amend orders. Amendments will be treated as separate orders and may incur additional charges, price changes, etc., depending on requirements. In any case, please contact Pitz Prints as soon as possible so we can offer support.
Returns / Exchanges
As goods are specially made to your order, they cannot generally be accepted for return. In any case returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement with the supplier and subject to a handling fee. The cost of return freight is the customer’s responsibility.
Product Care & Longevity
All efforts have been made by Pitz Prints to source quality garments and printing materials. Garments must be washed following the guidelines as per instruction labels. Pitz does not accept liability for any products that are damaged due to washing or aftercare techniques performed by clients.
Delivery Information
UK mainland deliveries are subject to a flat rate charge of £9.00 for orders under £150. Orders over £150 are eligible for free UK delivery.
If you would prefer to collect your order please let us know so this can be arranged.
For all our overseas deliveries we only use well known carriers including, but not limited to, Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, DHL and FedEx. We endevour to use Track & Signature delivery options where possible.
There may be times that the country of origin will require the receiver to pay charges for goods to be released. If you are outside of the UK and place an order, you are confirming that you are aware there is a chance of extra fees and that Pitz Prints is not liable for these costs and any delay that may be caused due to this.
