Terms & Conditions

The Studio & Rates

Important: We are not a soundproof building with fancy equipment; We are a semi-treated creative space dedicated to achieving goals. Please reach out with any inquiries.

Studio sessions run until the client is satisfied with the project results or the session time ends, whichever comes first; rates are charged at £75ph. A minimum booking of 2 hours is required. A deposit of £50 is needed to secure a booking. The deposit fee will be deducted from the total session charge. The remaining balance must be made at the end of each session and paid in full.

We will arrange a consultation call before any booking agreement to make sure that we are the right studio for you. Bookings must be at least 48 hours in advance. We do not offer on-the-day bookings.

Mixing & mastering

Our goal is to produce a mix and master that captures the creative moment of your project during each session. You will receive a copy of this in your desired format once the remaining balance of the session has been paid. If you need a more extensive and tailored mix and master, let us know, and we can discuss it.

We do not mix vocals or stems that were not recorded or created by Pitz. All mixing is exclusive to clients that book sessions with us.

Project managment

File / Project Exports – All projects will be exported and transferred to you at the end of your session in both .mp3 and .WAV formats. A fee of £75 per project will be charged for file export / project management outside of session time. Any out of session editing, mixing or mastering will be charged at an agreed rate depending on requirements.

All projects are stored with Pitz for a minimum of 30 days. A request for your entire session project file can be made but we cannot guarantee this if the request is made after the 30 day period.

Check out Pitz Visuals packages for more information. We do not edit footage, photos or any other media that was not created by Pitz or a Pitz affiliate.

Refund policy

Deposits are non-refundable but can be used to secure a new date if 24hrs notice is given. Deposits can only be moved once before a new deposit is needed to secure another booking. Deposits are confirmation that you have read and agree to these terms.

Sessions are non-refundable. You are charged from the time of your booking. Sessions will not be extended or partially refunded in the event that you are late or finish early. Please come prepared so that sufficient results are gained from the session. If you have any issues let us know as soon as possible so we can help.

Any request for revisions to projects will be subject to a fee starting at £75 and are non-refundable.

AMeNITIES

We have seating available for 2 people, small kitchen area and a toilet. There is no on street parking. If driving please park securely and responsibly.
