These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Pitz Promotions (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking or participating in any service, the client (“you”, “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

Pitz Promotions provides photography, videography, audio production, and promotional media services.Services are offered under two distinct models: Paid Ownership and Platform Release.We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Note: Music videos are exclusively produced for Pitz Studio clients. We do not shoot or edit footage for or with audio that wasn’t produced in collaboration with Pitz Studio.

2. Paid Ownership

Services Deposit:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking. If more than 24 hours’ notice is given the deposit can be used to secure a new date. This can only be accepted once before a new deposit is needed to secure the booking.

Service Chargers:

Balance:

Remaining payment must be made before delivery of final files.

Delivery:

Final edits will be delivered in standard HD format within an agreed timeframe (typically within 14 working days).

Ownership:

Upon full payment, you receive 100% ownership of all footage and audio created for your project.

Usage Rights:

We may retain a copy of the final project for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Platform Release

Service Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit (£50) is required to secure a booking. Deposits will be void if you cancel within 24 hours of the booking time.

Ownership:

All footage, audio, edits, and project files remain the sole property of Pitz Promotions.

Distribution:

Content will be published exclusively on Pitz platforms (including but not limited to our website, YouTube, and social channels).

Client Use:

You may share and embed the published content directly from our platforms, but you may not download, alter, re-upload, or claim ownership.

Buy Back Option:

You may purchase full ownership of the content at a later date, subject to a premium fee. The premium rate will exceed the original Paid Ownership price to reflect additional rights transfer.

Eligibility:

Platform Release is only available for projects that align with our brand and standards. We reserve the right to decline applications.

4. Music & Licensing

If you provide your own instrumental or music, you must ensure that it is properly licensed.

Copyrighted Audio:

Projects using unlicensed or copyrighted material do not qualify for Platform Release and must be booked as Paid Ownership.

Exclusive Audio:

We can provide exclusive production services at an additional fee.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Paid Ownership:

Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., weather, technical failure, illness).

6. Client Responsibilities

You must arrive on time and prepared for your booking. You are responsible for securing any required permissions (e.g., locations, talent, branding, or trademark use), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any additional expenses (travel, props, location hire, etc.) are your responsibility unless specified.

7. File Storage & Retention

For Paid Ownership services, final files will be delivered digitally and stored by us for a maximum of 1 month. For Platform Release, raw files are retained at our discretion and may be deleted after 6 months unless a buy-back is agreed.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of income, or damages arising from use of the content. Our liability for any direct loss is limited to the total amount paid for the service.–

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Pricing

Video & Photography (Base Rate):

Services start at £490, which includes up to 2 hours of shooting time, basic edits, and digital file transfer.

Photography:

Includes 10–15 edited photos.

Videography: Includes basic edited footage.

Raw Files:

Raw images or video files are not included in the base package. They may be purchased for an additional £75 project management fee.

Additional Time:

Subsequent hours are charged at £75 per hour. Half-hour extensions are charged at £37.50 per 30 minutes.

Equipment & Locations:

Prices do not include additional equipment (e.g., lighting kits) or venue hire. These costs, if required, will be agreed separately.

Travel Expenses:

Travel outside Barnsley or more than a 5-mile radius from our base will incur additional charges. Pricing will vary depending on location and project requirements.

11. Revisions

Basic Revisions:

One round of minor revisions (e.g., colour correction tweaks, simple edit adjustments) is included in the base package.• Additional Revisions: Any further revisions or significant changes (e.g., reordering, adding new elements, replacing music, re-shoot requests) will be charged at £30 per revision round or at the standard £75 per hour editing rate, whichever is more appropriate to the scope of work.

Timeframe:

Requests for revisions must be made within 7 days of delivery of the final edit. Requests beyond this timeframe may be subject to additional fees.
